The coffee shop it's self is great...however when there is a line of people waiting to order the one girl came up and took the guy who just walked up to the register. She didn't care other people had been waiting a while for service. It's a lot of teens working there. I think there needs to be an adult there at all times.
Great coffee (try the Old Mountain blend), great chocolate, and great atmosphere. Also good place to get some work done. It is to coffee shops what "The Shop Around the Corner" is to "You've Got Mail." Support the local guy and come here!!!!

Great quality food & drinks. Very nice place - one of the only non-franchise places in Chardon open later than 5pm. Chocolates are very good; locally roasted coffee is cool. Not the place for a man on a budget - expensive and a little low on "variety" for food (I don't care for avocados, toasted bread, bacon, which is most of the menu). But, quality is excellent. Service is (usually) good. Open mic nights and performances are nice.
