Absolutely the worse staff ever. Never an answer from office. They are never in. Some other property they stay and get high all day. Oh and if you move out they find all kinds of charges to tack on.
My experience so far with Terrie has been amazing. The process wasn't a hassel at all.
Move in process went smoothly Karen & Terrie were a great help. The area is quiet and kept clean as well.
The management is great, Terrie and Karen really take their time with the residents. They also are very responsive when I am in need of anything! I would definitely recommend leasing here!
Contractors beware. Multi-South Management who manages this apartment complex does not pay their contractors for work. My small business has done work for them that was quoted and approved and has still yet to receive a payment. We are closing in on 120 days past due. Communication is horrible. I am unable to get anyone other than the property manager on the phone. We have been promised payment multiple times but still have not received anything.
