Awful experiences here. Reception staff is literally a joke. Doctors don’t seem to know what’s going on in their own building. Denying services due to billing errors that should have been corrected by staff. Denying NEEDED medication because of billing errors that should have been corrected by staff. If you’re looking for help, not going to find it here. Staff literally said to our face you won’t be seen and we won’t refill your medication. So much for caring and understanding!
