Great food & service. Awesome menu & huge wine list.
The food was decent and it was a nice place, but it was way too expensive. The only menu item worth the money was the angus burger for $12.95, it was huge. However, why go to a steakhouse for a burger? There are better options out there for the cost of going to Char.
The customer service was excellent, the sides were good, the calamari was close to excellent, but most importantly the steak was mediocre. We had a dry aged tomahawk steak at Buona Sera which was excellent so we were excited to try it here but we were quite disappointed being that it's a steakhouse. The steak was a bit tough and flavorless.
Started with cocktails at the bar. We were so into catching up, that we talked at the bar 35 minutes past our reservation time, but they sat us right away. We started with oysters--a triad of East wellfleets, West kummamotos and Eastern Wild caught--phenomenal! The food and service was phenomenal. We always come Here and we are never disappointed !!!!
It was good. Our first time there my wife and I. The atmosphere was cool and laid back once we were seated met some nice people inside and outside. Will go back.
