I had the pan seared salmon with citrus flavored couscous. It was delicious!! Blueberry bread pudding was to die for!!!

My husband and I went for the first time yesterday. It was by far the best dining experience we've had in a very long time. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. A bit pricey, but was well worth it!

I had lunch at Char yesterday. I had the short ribs. They were very flavorful, and exceptionally tender. I throughly enjoyed both my meal, and the excellent service.
