The service sucked! Never go to the bar ever! 3 bartenders seem more interested in themselves than noticing someone waiting 15-20 minutes to place an order, wait for utensils, or possibly ask for another drink. The guy next to my friend's and I was treated like a king. I am guessing he either worked there or used to work there

went there for the first time during the Superbowl and it was a great atmosphere and the workers there was personable and attentive. i would definitely recommend this place

I love Chap's. It's 5 minutes from my house, all the bartenders know to bring me my Hoegaarden with orange before I ask, and they make a killer Long Island Iced Tea. Happy hour specials are awesome and delicious. My only issues have come from sitting at tables, some servers are under-par. Sit at the bar and you eliminate that issue.
I just recently threw a surprise party at Chap’s and I am beyond delighted with how everything turned out. Kathy and Christine made the event-planning process entirely painless, and the event space, décor, tables, and balloons looked great. Over the course of the evening, I heard nothing but amazing things from my guests about the food, atmosphere, and service. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful to both me and my guests. I would absolutely recommend Chap’s to anyone looking to plan an event!
