Very prompt, very professional. I called Chappy, and two other places after work, 4:30-5:00 pm for me, and left a voicemail. He called me back within 20 minutes, on his own free time. I can't always take calls at work, but he understands that and was available through text. He shot me an estimate and we set up a time: he had me in and out before lunch the next morning.
