They do real good work sometimes but any work done to your car expect them to have it for 3 weeks and never update you on the status. Also, they have a 1 yr guarantee on all their work because almost everyone who has cars fixed there has to come back to re do the initial repair both paint and body work
Had to drop my black Nissan Maxima at Chapparone after a recent fender-bender (the other drivers fault). I was a bit concerned because of the color, but it seems that was completely unwarranted. I just picked the car up and it looks GREAT. Would recommend Chapparone auto body a hundred times over.
