Deceptive. Don't believe their ads Called about a truck they have had online for over a week at 12999. Spoke with 'Steve' at 0900 and asked if the truck was still available and was assured that it was. We drove down and after being taken to their 'other' lot was told that it had just been sold. Upon arrival back at home we had a message from Steve. Disappointing dealership experience I would say if you have other choices for the vehicle you are looking for, avoid this dealer like the plague. The only positive part of the buying experience comes at buy time when you hand the cash. Customer Service where? Chapman dodge is the worse dealership I have ever been to in my 40 years of driving. All they care about is selling you a car. Ripping you off. Once you drive off the lot they ignore you and never return your cars. I would suggest anybody buy a dodge to try a different dealership or even different make of car. They in one word SUCK!
horrible finance department I will never return to this dealership again. Because of the finance department I had to pay late fees on my registration because the finance department put 2 different dates on my green slip and my placard. When I tried to get the issue resolved with the company they said it was a mistake and they couldn't do anything about it. I'll be sure to never refer no one to this place again. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
