Bought a toilet, had it installed by them. Stopped functioning 10 months later. Called and they said it was under warranty and they would be out the next week. Month goes by, no show. Called twice to find out the problem and was told they were soooo busy it would be another month and a half. Pathetic. Go elsewhere.

Wonderful people. My father in law passed away and we live about 4 hours away so I had to rely on Chapman for a lot. When a friend found a pipe burst they were out within minutes. Our real estate agent couldn't get the door open and they went out and got it open for her. Anything I've needed they have done and they didn't even know me before January. They know plumbing but more importantly these are great people. Really didn't know companies like this existed anymore
