A truly awful experience. For starters, I couldn't get a call back to save my life, I had to continually call and pester the office to dispatch someone to come and take a look at what I feared was a slab leak. I was told that someone would be by "first thing in the morning" as I was supposedly the first customer. However, several hours and many phone calls to the office later, someone finally showed up (around 10:30 AM).
