I don’t often write google reviews but I know how intimidating finding a place can live. So hopefully my review as a 27 year old guy can help some others out. Krystal is the current property manager (jan 2026) and she is nothing short of fantastic, a fun spunky and caring manager that makes sure you feel like you are being taken care of. High San Diego rents are made up for by luxury amenities, great service, safety and the freshest cool ocean breezes keep the area 10 to 20 degrees cooler during the summer.
Krystal helped out with our process and we were all the way in Oregon. The location is great and has a new manager that is communicative to residents and wonderful. I do have to say who ever was before her was horrible, but Krystal as the replacement has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend!
