Took my car in for a pre-purchase inspection. They were all super helpful and did a great job of going through the vehicle.
Most thorough and transparent shop in town
I highly recommend the team at Chapman Motors in Victoria. They consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and top-notch car maintenance. What I appreciate most is their honesty; they accurately diagnose issues and only recommend the work that is actually required, without any high-pressure upsells. They are incredibly accommodating and make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find a mechanic this trustworthy—5 stars!
