Thanks a ton, Wendy! As a serious offroad enthusiast I put my vehicles through their paces. Last service call I came in for some undercarriage work and was on a really tight deadline. Thanks to WENDY CHELDER- in service for really helping me out. The truck was repaired quickly, and without any hassles- in fact- Wendy did such a great job I will ask for her by name from now on. I just recently bought a car here and there customer service is excellent shout out to Ron who helped me out in every way possible and made the car buying experience as smooth as possible definitely recommend them for your next car and definitely recommend asking for Ron!

I purchased my new truck from this dealership and waited approximately 8-9 months from order date to pickup date. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is they honored 4% below invoice; however, they would not honor Price Protection that Ford automatically gives. What they do is receive the money from Ford after they sell you your vehicle. My guess is to offset the costs they lose from the 4% off invoice. Excellent dealership - ordered my 4xe and just picked up this week. Steve W & Steve L were both a pleasure to deal with. They are what every dealership should be, no nonsense, no gimmicks - straight shooters. Very much appreciate their style.
