This office is alll around perfect always on time always cheerful and polite. I use to be a dental assistant and this office is by far the best in the valley
Dr. Chapman was very professional during my visit. However, Joy in the front office fell very short from her name (Joy). Joy was extremely passive aggressive, dismissive and disrespectful toward me when I had questions regarding my bill versus the estimate given for my procedure. Joy laughed at me when I intended to speak and spoke over me. I am sure that Joy is not a positive representation of Dr. Chapman's office as all the other team members were pleasant.
The office staff was patient and kind. I had a nice experience with the dental hygenist and Dr. Chapman was very thorough with my examination.
Dr. Chapman and his staff are amazing. They really take the time to explain procedures and make sure you are comfortable. I had a great experience here.
I am the daughter of a dentist. Dr. Chapman reminds me of the manner in which my father practiced. He gives great attention to each patient and is meticulous. The office is clean the staff upbeat and kind. In a word,the entire office and experience could be described as professional.
