Well, I agreed to the agents offer to list my 2 lake lots. And then it seems she fully disappeared ?? %.So, I kept trying to reach out to her to no avail. So after a month of trying, I decided to try her broker after I checked the obituaries 1st. Then the broker text me but to would not make himself available for a man to man talk. So, at this point, I don't recommend the agent or the broker. Communication is ZERO, no matter how hard you try. I guess, I'll continue to ******************* for a professional licensed in the re... read more

The first, and probably the biggest, problem was not scheduling the closing dates on the same day, which was our #1 request. Instead, the sale was scheduled two days before the purchase of the new home. Multiple times we reminded him to file the paperwork to change the sale closing date and each time we were given a new reason why it wasn't done. When the paperwork was finally submitted, it was less than 2 weeks before closing and the buyer move was in motion. Therefore, the change was not accepted. This meant we had to make... read more
