Beware: Band-aid fixes and zero loyalty to repeat buyers I have purchased six vehicles from the Chapman group (2 Trucks, 2 Fords, a Chrysler, and now a Jeep), but after my recent experience at Chapman Ford of Horsham, I will never return. I bought a vehicle on Jan 28. After sitting for a few days while I was away, I started it to find the Stop/Start system disabled with a warning light.
