Mike the service man was very good Took the car in didn’t have to wait long for service
Overall experience was fine but they did try to pull some dealer stunts by but including or adding dealer installed options on the window sticker or in the description of the vehicle online. These dealer installed options where not talked about during the test drives and I was not informed about them until the first numbers sheet was presented.
Chapman Ford’s service team were thorough and clean. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Jasmine from internet sales/ marketing and AJ from sales were cool but their manager Chris is not a people’s person nor knows what he was talking about and with left me with the decision of walking away from getting a vehicle that l wanted.
Very shady with all the added fees beyond the normal doc fee. $400 for security etching I didn't ask for, $200 for this random fee, $300 for another. They overinflated the price compared to what it was online, condition of the vehicle was also not as advertised. Would definitely not ever go back. Salesman was very nice and helpful.
