Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was easy enough to find. I have followed Dr. Chapman from his Woodlands practice. He and his staff are and have been very helpful and genuinely interested in their patients. Dr. Chapman is young but has empathy with the older generation and is very attentive to his patients and their health problems. He listens!
