Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
