I've had issues with me AC in my Nissan Frontier. Took it to CARS and now have very cold AC in this horribly hot weather. David advised their was another issue with a hose. The part was ordered (took a little time to get it) dropped my truck off on a Monday and it was ready that afternoon. Carla is a delight to speak with over the phone. Chapman Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. They are nice, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Chapman.
Negative 3 since it’s been 3x my daughter took her vehicle back . 3 months later bc duh it takes time to get bs from mechanics to convince her it’s okay for her come back and forth . 3 flights back to Memphis to check on my child. Then 3,888 dollars later still same issue plus a hood broken at the springs. This manager has the nerve to debate me on vocabulary words that are not even related .” We didn’t coerce her” ,I’m like who said that but you .smh.
