Not only did they repair problems with our vehicle that we’ve attempted to have repaired multiple times over several years, they called us with fee estimates BEFORE they began the work get confirmation from us. Very professional and friendly. To my grand daughter’s car to check it out . He said he couldn’t get to it for at least nine days, but after hearing our situation he said he would try to get on it sooner! He called the next day and said it was fixed and to come pick it up. Very reasonable price also! Would highly recommend Chapman Auto !!!!!!
