Bobby replaced capacitor today. Diagnosis to fix was 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We have dealt with Chapman for 34 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Our current HVAC system is coming to the end of its service life and we will choose Chapman to replace it.

I recieved the best customer service that I EVER have with Chapman Air and Heat, no exaggeration! My ac unit completely died 5 days after I had my first child. Being home by myself with a new baby, and my husband having gone back to work I felt instantly overwhelmed. I called my home warranty that morning and they put Chapman Air & Heat on the job. Chapman Air is Fantastic My A/c unit died this summer, and it was 15 years old, so it was time to upgrade. I got the Trane XL20i from Chapman Air and don't regret it. I definately recommend these guys because they know what they are doing. They were on time, professional and courteous, which you dont see much these days. Thank you Chapman Air.

Poor all around – Poor service and poor communication. The worst experience w/ an a/c company so far. Never again...call someone else for your own good.
