Do NOT use Chapman Air. I spent over $30,000 on a new Trane four-zone variable speed system, with new furnace, condenser, duct work, dehumidifier, and air scrubber. A year and a half later, the system still isn't working correctly. Chapman's workers dropped tools and damaged the new white oak hardwood flooring, put a hole in the bedroom ceiling, and damaged the walls in the hallway. I’ve been using Chapman for years. They have been great. I have the same tech, Bobby, come out for summer and fall checkups. He’s excellent

We built a new house and Chapman installed three HVAC systems. We’re now two years in to the house and have contracted with Chapman for an annual service agreement agreements. The thermostat on one of our systems broke within the first two years and it is a $300 repair. I am surprised to have any issues with a Trane system so early.

Very happy with Chapman Air and Heat. I had a great experience. I worked with Suyin. Suyin did an excellent job guiding me through several options. She was very detailed oriented. Installation went smooth great attention to detail. Things like putting down floor protection. They cleaned up the work area (no screws all over the place like last company I had).
