Additionally, Kent needs to become a real person and not an empty voice box that pretends to be a good honest person, but in reality will make veiled threats and mow you and your family down if he thinks it will make him a buck.
i believe that Kent Chaplin should re-examine his personal ethics.

I needed parts for my Subaru and had been having trouble finding the parts locally. I decided to try Chaplin's since they specialize in it. The lady on the phone looked it up quickly enough and said she could order it and have it to me in three - five days. Nothing Special An average dealer to me. I wasn't totally impressed by anything in particular. There were some good moments with the sales people and then moments that made me want to walk out. I'd go back if I really had a hard time deciding and needed a 3rd opinion or something.
never order parts from Chaplin Subaru – Ordered oxygen sensors from Chaplin via site subarugenuineparts got order confirmation and no follow up communication at all. Called dealer directly few days later and was told that there is no phone to online orders department, they have parts in stock, but will not honor my online order because they do not talk to online department. I appreciate Chaplin's When I purchase a vehicle it is based on two things; safety and the service department. The Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru-Volkswagen service department is honest, professional and communicative; they go the extra mile. They have taken care of all car issues right away, verifying I am road worthy. I always take my vehicle to Chaplins. I refer pretty much everyone I know to Chaplin's service department.
