I have lived here for 17 years in October. I think the staff is great! I feel safe living here with my daughter.
I have lived at Chapel Ridge, since 2004. It is a great community to call home. My experience with the maintenance has been very good and prompt. Chris and Scott work very hard to keep everything well maintained. The manger Joanie, does an excellent job managing the property. She is always available to both adults and children. Fur babies are welcomed here. The addition of the dog park has been great for the dogs to play. Children has areas to play and ride their bikes. I could not think of any other place to call home.
I have lived at Chapel Ridge for 11 1/2 years and have enjoyed living here. The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. If you have a maintenance problem it is taken care of as quickly and as efficiently as possible. There is someone who cleans the yard and around the dumpsters three days a week. We have a clean campus and freshly manicured campus. Joanie is always ready to help with any need you have and her personality is as real and fits her job well. We have personal reasons if you want to know more personal message me or better yet my husband Alan Blodgett. My 7 yr old daughters school work, and overall happiness and attitude is so much better by us moving from here.
