Don’t move here if you like being able to take hot showers when you want. everything was fine until it started to get cold outside specifically after Christmas when we started to get below freezing whether. The water was freezing cold for days and the apartment didn’t say anything about it the whole January the water was on/off being cold the on call maintenance people said something was wrong with the boiler and they were trying to fix it. I gave a five star rating when we moved into this apartment. The staff was very helpful when we moved in. But, the move-out procedure has been very disheartening. The cost of moving out saddened us deeply, I still believe that the staff could have provided us with a better outcome. The cost to move out has made the move out more difficult, especially because they new the reason why we had to move. Death has a way of changing your life.....

This is my 1st winter here and it was devastating! During the dangerously below zero weather I had NO HEAT and NO HOT WATER. I discovered from neighbors and even staff that there was a pre-existing problem with the boiler that went unresolved which resulted in me having no heat and hot water for a week! I had to purchase space heaters and management is refusing to reimburse me for their negligence $135. I’m keeping this story short I have more to share! Unless you are in danger of being homeless DO NOT MOVE HERE.
