RecommendedThe apartment is good for its pricing. It is only a short bus ride and drive to UNC's campus, and has a bust stop right next to the complex. There is also a nice little pool and pool area that is great for a relaxing lunch break on warm days.
I am really excited to live in Chapel View in August. The new management is amazing, and the leasing staff in the office were super kind to me. I signed a lease because my roommates are moving out, and I wanted to live on my own for my senior year! A couple of my friends already live at Chapel View, and I trust their judgements. Helped cousin move in to a newly renovated unit and enjoys the upgrades. Parking is great and bus has been on time with a short commute to campus. Another thing is there is a lot of green space for privacy. 👍 to the staff
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. This apartment complex's response to resident needs is horrifying. While the staff are nice, issues are not resolved in a timely manner. This is absolutely inexcusable.
Chapel View is the perfect place to live if you are a UNC student that wants some privacy and a beautiful community. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The staff in the front office is very friendly and they always solve any problem you have very quickly. The apartments are in very good conditions and the prices are very affortable. Everything is very clean, they have a pool, gym and in the front office they offer coffee all day and night, and you can print for free. Affordable and safe community. The staff is nice but services are poor. Extremely inefficient in handling and communicating maintenance related problems. Often take weeks to resolve an issue.
Great staff in both the office and grounds! Davonn, Matt, Christina and everyone in the office and the men who keep everything running smoothly are wonderful! The trees and landscaping are beautiful! Animal friendly, great neighbors!
I have just recently moved in and I had some issues but the staff jumped right on it very quickly, couldn't have been any better. The staff is so kind. I really like chapel view it's nice, feels safe, and a great place to live!!
