RecommendedI lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. In addition to being affordable, I had great neighbors and the community itself is clean and quiet. Crystal, the manager, is great at her job and maintains the grounds and tenants better than most I have experienced. I highly recommend this property
Chapelridge Apartments of Brandon is a great place to live. unfortunately due to Rankin county water department our bills increased. management is doing it's best to get it straighter out. Please come to the Brandon city hall meeting Tuesday January 15th at 6p.m. They are going to discuss the water bill situation.
I live at ChapelRidge and I found it to be a clean quite and safe place to live. I am in electric wheelchair and go riding around the apartments at any hour and feel safe. The manager makes everyone feel as if they are family and will try to help them in whatever problem they have. She stays on top of drugs , loud noises, and also has a security that has police car in lot. The maintenance man is always kind and willing to help and very prompt when issue arises. Size, location, price-this place has the trifecta of needs in a great apartment complex! Not to mention friendly neighborhood and great staff, management cares and takes care of the residents and maintenance gets things done.
