Verified Renter We have enjoyed living here for almost a year now. Everything is always so clean. There’s a dog park for the dogs. A playground for kids. A pool for the hot summer days. Management and neighbors are all so friendly.

Verified Renter One of my challenges here is the fluctuating monthly payment. Not really knowing what your next months total cost is going to be is a little stressful. Learning from previous tenants that there's no true upgrades that match the rent hike and it sounds like new tenants are paying for previous tenants and the flooded and the constantly empty apartments due to the flooding.
