GREAT Living at chapel lakes is GREAT! The staff has shown me nothing but hospitality. The apartments are very nice and the three bedrooms are as big as some homes. My favorite part about living at chapel lakes was that the buses drop the kids off right up front! I didn't have to go through the hassle of picking up or dropping off my kids and waiting in school traffic. Not to mention the high school and elementary school are both right around the corner. Rent a House! For the money for a two or three bedroom - rent a house! The walls and flooring are so thin and have zero sound proof! If you live in a downstairs apartment you will hear every move the people above you make! Walking sounds like bowling balls! There is a new maintenance man every three months and rarely do any of them get anything right. Management however is really nice.
