RecommendedI’ve been seeing Optometrists for 30+ years and can honestly say Dr. Cid is the most knowledgeable one I’ve have the pleasure of working with. She is not only caring, but also takes her time to explain things that most do not make time for. I have been going to Chapel Hills Vision Clinic for a number of years now and plan to stick with them as long as she’s there.
I ordered new lenses and frames on 2 January. I was told it would take two weeks for them to be ready. I called yesterday and today to check on the status. I find out today that there was ”miscommunication“ between Chapel Hills Vision and the lab on the frames. I was initially told the frames only take two days to arrive. A little over two weeks later still no frames! I canceled the order and will never do business here again. Now I have to wait for them to provide me a refund check. Thanks a lot!

The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Cid is very knowledgeable and patient, and goes out of her way to find something that works. My entire family goes to and loves Chapel Hills Vision Clinic

As I told the staff yesterday, during my appointment with Dr. Frerichs, they run a ‘fine oiled machine’. Not only are they fun, friendly, and professional, they’re extremely organized and streamlined. Dr. Frerichs is very detailed and takes all the time I need to answer my questions. I’ll go there as long as they’ll have me!
