This is a first-class auto joint. Not your typical run-of-the-mill shop where their waiting room is in disarray and was last updated in 1980. They have iPad stations and a really nice place to hang out. Recently updated. The staff is also great to work with, especially Curt. Also, text updates and communication... yes, please. I first went to the location in West Franklin Street because it's very close to my work. Dropped off my car, walked to work (although they do have courtesy rides) and then picked it up at lunch. The reasons I keep going back are the people there are super nice, they're quick with their service and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend!
Just returned home after waiting for my Jeep to be towed as I was stuck In the dark alongside a busy road. I went to Chapel Hill Tire for a simple oil change. Well they must have done quite sloppy mess and who knows what else as my ride home (right after picking it up) resulted in a smoking hood and my start/stop system and battery lights going on (very new Jeep, no previous issues). They were courteous and made necessary repair in timely manner. I was traveling from out of state and in need of blinker light bulb. I am very happy customer and recommend this company. 100% Satisfied

This was my first time going to Chapel Hill Tire. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and were able to complete the repair within 2 hours. I was very happy with my entire experience.
