Terrible! Dr. Wood was condescending, dismissive, and downright cold. Staff was also rude, rough with the eyes during testing and the visit felt uncomfortable from start to finish. I left without clear answers. Complete waste of time and money. Go elsewhere if you want respectful care and basic communication.
STAY AWAY!!!! Read the reviews!!!! I have never in my life been treated with more disrespect and disregard than at this practice. I went the first time 15 days ago and thought I was being left to let my eyes reset so I left. I then got a phone call saying I wasn’t done after already being there for over an hour. I was already given my contact lenses and sat down and left for over 10 minutes. Then I get told to just come on back in and we can just finish up the exam.
