I only choose 1 star cause it won't let me choose none. The forest hill cemetery is the most unprofessional funeral home i have ever seen. They don't return phone calls not even for payment. They robbed my family of being able to say our goodbyes because they wouldn't let us make arrangements for a week in a half. My grandmother had already started changing colors. If I could really say what I think of StoneMor and their property in Greenville,S.C. is that they are very lacking in customer care.My mom and brother and my grandparents are buried at Graceland Cemetery West. Ever since we had my mom's service in December of 2019 we have so many problems and the people who work there will come up with so many excuses and give the run around, they have had to replace my brothers marker when it was damaged by grounds crew cutting grass and granite had to be replaced from being drove on vase r... read more

They own Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro NC. Part of driveway has been blocked off for months due to road collapsing. They will not repair.

This Company should NOT Be in this business. They just Pass the Buck! So sad that they have NO Compassion for any Family. I have read other Reviews and I Can't Believe that the Attorney General has not got involved. Maybe that Might be a good idea! So Sad! No Star Rating!!!!!!!!!

Crown Hill Twinsburg Ohio I’m very sorry to say this after 20 yrs of family business with them and more than a hand full of loved ones being laid to rest out their An for the most important part was always treated like family but Now there’s all new people there I’ve never felt so unwelcome an disrespected as I did 2 weeks ago I dealt with this man that is worse than a car salesman I own 2 lots an a bench all paid for the bench Was put 6 graves from my son In the wrong spot on a lot my mother owns an still paying thousands o... read more

Run from these people. Forest Hills Memorial Gardens charge 3 times more than everyone else. The service is absolute horrible. Poor upkeep of grounds. I would move my parents if I could afford it.
