Great Doctor POOR FRONT DESK STAFF When I called for a sickcall appt and speak to Shannon. She was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. This type of personality are unacceptable in any health care profession especially in the medical field. If you can get bypass of this RUDE gatekeeper then the nurse and doctor are great but put up with this lady I won't take the chance. It's made you feel sicker and upset in the stomach after you have to deal with this type of people.
Great doctor! Friendly staff! I was pleased with my visit to the Chapel Hill Family Medicine Office. The staff was flexible and worked to get me in. The Dr. that saw me was very friendly and approachable. Although the office isn't anything special, the people make it special! I would recommend them to personal friends.
