As soon as walked into the building, it was warm, inviting, welcoming and clean. I have been looking for retirement places for my dad. I knew right away this was the place for him. They think of the residents and how their needs might change in the future. They have been very helpful with all my questions and giving me necessary information in regards to a difficult decision.

From the moment you walk through the doors at Sedona Chapel Heights-Niagara Falls, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The residents appear happy, engaged, and well cared for, creating a genuine sense of community. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Chapel Heights is an excellent retirement home facility. The staff are warm, compassionate, and always accommodating to both residents and their families. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, safe, and welcome in their new home. My loved one moves in on a Wednesday, dies on the Saturday and within that time 2 thefts occurred. One before and the other after death. I addressed it via email and many phone calls as no one was reaching out. I finally get through to the most unprofessional individual named Bonnie Lynch. I was now "making accusations" according to her. She was so rude and zero compassion considering the situation. Where is my loved ones stuff? Simple as that. We did not have a good experience with this retirement home. With the exception of one or two people, Marissa the front desk clerk being one. Would I recommend chapel Heights, no I wouldn’t. Maybe they’re no different than all the rest . I’ll never know. I would advise anyone looking into a care home to do your homework. Looks can be very deceiving.
