Chapel Heights has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is happy. They allow her to keep her independence and provide amazing assisted care. The staff are all very kind and caring and the food is excellent and there are activities for everyone. It gives me such peace Of mind to know that she is in such a great care facility.

My wife is a resident at Chapel Heights and I visit her every afternoon. As we walk the halls for exercise, we always stop by the window at the end of the hall to admire the three large pine trees planted in a small triangular plot. We named it 'Three Pines', taking the name from the fictional village at the heart of Louise Penny's novels. Mom has dementia and came here from another retirement home. We couldn't be more pleased! She went from never going out of her room at the previous place, to venturing out and interacting regularly with people daily. The staff is both responsive to our requests, and very proactive in mom's care. They keep us informed at all points. We feel comfortable that mom is safe.
