We had a 90th birthday celebration for our mother and Chapel Heights helped us make it amazing! Chef Murray created a wonderful spread that was not only delicious but abundant and prepared beautifully. The serving staff kept our guests happy and were so cheerful and attentive. The staff also helped us every step of the way from setting up to cleaning up. It was nice that my mother could just leave her room and immediately be at her party. We would have another party there with no question! Thank you!!
This residence is nothing short of amazing! They welcomed my mother with open arms and she is happier than shes been for years. The staff here are beyond kind and considerate. They geninely care for the overall health and happiness of their clients. They go out of their way every day to make sure my mother has everything she needs and is always invited and included in the many activities daily. Jan 19,25. I was greatly disturbed by what I saw late this afternoon at chapel heights . I went in to see a friend but as I was signing in she was getting in elevator, the larger one going up to 4th floor. I registered and proceeded to walk to elevator, it still read 4, I decided to use other elevator, I go to 4th in her room she was not there I came out to hallway and heard her voice, she was stuck in the elevator, I saw a employee and she called up receptionist and than she came up who called her dad and from what I can ma... read more
After two wonderful years at Chapel Heights, I couldn’t be more proud to be part of this amazing community. It's a professional organization with a warm and dedicated atmosphere. Here, everyone truly cares about serving the elderly with compassion and commitment.
