If you try to change your appointment, Good Luck! Having a root canal might be easier. That’s how hard it is. Also customer service just doesn’t want to help , I asked Elisa if I could talk to her supervisor instead of connecting me to her she just cut me off. Terrible customer service. Second time I tried to change my son’s appointment, still can’t do it just said to me again the scheduler will call me , but when ? Horrible service.
Dr Flores lazcano is professional, efficient and pleasant. I've been a patient for 10 plus year's and I never had a issue with staff or physicians. Everyone I ever came ascoss with has always been very professional and efficient. Thank you for all that you do. I wish I could give you all 100 stars 🌟
