Dr Anand is absolutely great
Such a shame as the RA doctor I see with this group is wonderful, but working with the staff to get prescriptions has been very frustrating! The number you call goes to the scheduling team and they can only refer to the notes with no updates and false information about insurance being contacted when they weren’t or pharmacy being sent the prescription when it hasn’t been. Then they can’t reach anyone in the office to follow up with - all they can do is leave a message to call me & those messages don’t get returned. Very frus... read more
Agent to reschedule appointment is too slow
If you try to change your appointment, Good Luck! Having a root canal might be easier. That’s how hard it is. Also customer service just doesn’t want to help , I asked Elisa if I could talk to her supervisor instead of connecting me to her she just cut me off. Terrible customer service. Second time I tried to change my son’s appointment, still can’t do it just said to me again the scheduler will call me , but when ? Horrible service.
