When we moved to Las Vegas a couple years ago we weren't sure if we would find a great spa for our animals to stay at. After a reference we chose this spa and are extremely glad we did. These are true midwestern people who are kind, soft-spoken, and give animals loving, gentle affection. You can tell that they play and interact with the animals multiple times a day. We have been using Chaparral for years. The owner knows our dogs by name, all 6 of them! My dogs love going there and are well treated. I always feel good about dropping off my dogs there. I highly recommend this kennel.
When we first moved to the area, we asked friends for dog grooming recommendations. Chaparral was at the top of the list! We've taken our dog there twice now and each time he's come home looking and smelling great! The staff is very nice and helpful. They knew exactly how to groom our some-what unique breed of dog. If you're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable dog grooming staff, this is it!

We have taken our furry family members to a number of boarding facilities here in Vegas valley. That all stopped once we came the Chaparral Animal Spa. We can't say enough about the care they provide. Jack just loves it here never had an issue of problem. Have recommended and referred friends here. Best in the Valley.

Last week I took our difficult 65-pound puppy, Champ, to Linda in desperation. She spent about an hour with us evaluating him and helping me with training advice. Then she gave Champ some sorely-needed socialization time with one of her own dogs. Finally, she gave my dirty, happy, tired puppy a bath all the while encouraging me to not give up on him. I've already booked two boarding dates and will continue to use Chaparral and Linda for Champ's care.

We have boarded our dog there and had him groomed a few times. Linda did an EXCELLENT job grooming him and all of her staff members are very friendly!!
