This was our first time getting Benji groomed here and we loved it. We used to go to petsmart but I really wanted to find somewhere close to home that we could actually get to know his groomer. This is the perfect place highly recommend.
RecommendedDid a wonderful job on grooming our Spaniel, and bathing our Heeler. They were so nice a loving to our babies. Will go back if in area again, over the road truckers, have to get in where we can, happy with our experience. 💗💙
Super nice folks and excellent service for our pets!
We took our healthy dog there for one night and he developed diarrhea the night we brought him home. It didn’t clear up after a couple of days so we took him to the vet. They determined he got giardia there. I talked to the owner to ask for some compensation and she was adamant that it couldn’t have happened there and wouldn’t refund the cost of boarding or assist with the over $300 vet bill. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

We have boarded our dogs at Chaparral for over 10 years every time we went out of town or on a cruise. Even after an extended stay, they have never seemed traumatized like they were when we boarded them with a vet. NEVER kennel cough, only a little hoarse from barking...of course they bark a lot, they're in a kennel with lots of talking friends.
