RecommendedAuthentic food, staff is great
We were regulars at Chapala in the 1980s and 1990s. Our favorite waitress was Nancy and I used to bring her gifts when we would go for dinner. I try to eat there every time I go back to Vegas which isn’t very often at this time. Will always love their food.
Ate there tonight and forgot the mask mandate ... the guy at the front desk enforced the expectation and the party waiting for me brought me a mask. I put it on, walked to the table and took it off. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever been subjected too (not their fault). Food was good. Service was good. When I come to town again I’d come back!
We had a great dinner at Chapala’s! The custom guacamole and the shrimp cocktail were amazing. My carnitas were cooked perfectly. Our waiter and his assistant took great care of us. Enjoy!!!

Love this place. Friendly staff, friendly people, awesome food and the margaritas are to die for.
Have been eating at Chapala's since the mid 80's, and go there at least one time every time I am in Vegas. Excellent Mexican food and the servers are great.
