Tacos de Adobada were INCREDIBLE, best thing I’ve eaten in Austin, which includes several BBQ places like Terry Black’s. If you love family-run Mexican places where even the chip salsas are spicy, this place is a must try. Everyone was very friendly and food came out lightning fast.
Last Monday after a fun event in downtown Austin my family and I came to this place. We've eaten at many Mexican restaurants in CA and TX; the friendliness of the wait staff here was impressive. The younger waitress patiently answered my questions regarding soup ingredients and what "Chapala" means. She was smiling all the time. The food here is amazing! Authentic and delicious! The staff is very friendly and speak English. The salsa and Verde sauce is amazing!
Friendly waitress, authentic and very tasty food, chill atmosphere with Mexican music in the background and cute decorations. Food was very tasty! 10/10 restaurant for Mexican food.
