Mary is very rude and unprofessional they need to do something about her
After seeing the doctor in December, I finally got a machine in May. Now that I need adjustments to the levels, he is gone again until July 19. If you want to be helped, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. The staff is fine, but the doctor is out of the office more than he is in the office and he has no back-up who can help you. You are on your own with no support. It is really quite unprofessional for a sleep clinic. I am sorely disappointed with my experience at Chanwell Sleep Clinic. Avoid this place!!!
I worked here for 4 months and they fired me for having ADHD issues which cause lack of attention to detail. I have notified them in email approximately 3 weeks before I was terminated and it felt like they were firing me because of my ADHD. I tried to get my W2 from 2017 and I still have yet to get it, despite three emails to them giving my correct address.
Stay away or hide your wallet. Staff is greedy and will try to bill for false services. READ the FINE print. They tried to bill me $250 for a canceled appointment. But that is not all that they did. The doctor placed me on a medication that caused serious side affects. I spoke to my pharmacist, googled this medication and the FDA and found that many people were having the same side affects.
