I recently went to Chantilly Shell for what should have been a simple service — replacing one tire, installing new wiper blades, and removing a wheel lock. I ended up paying nearly $300, which is outrageous for the work done. Here’s why I’m disappointed: They charged $127.50 for one tire — way above average market price. The wiper blades cost over $50, even though you can buy quality ones for half that. They have very expensive energy drinks $5 for a small drink. That’s crazy.
Had an inspection this morning. Waited about 30 minutes. Had some minor issues, which the Service Manager got quickly resolved for a fair price.
They fail vehicle inspections for any LED bulbs. Even dealerships do not fail you for LED bulbs.
