I have brought my last three cars to CSC to fix any problem I had with them. My relationship with this center spans over twelve years. I have been satisfied with the work performed and the fees charged. Prior to finding CSC I used other shops and always felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. CSC restored my confidence that you can get quality auto care for reasonable prices. FJ

The work is great, and so are the prices. A place you can trust ...Been coming for years, had a condo next door, took all our vehicles to Bruce...

I've been bringing cars here since the early 90s. A nearby center (with great Wash Ckbook reviews) tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a brake cylinder worth about $50; instead I called a nearby good import parts center and asked them for the name of a good mechanic, and they sent me to Bruce at CSC. I've brought him the old cars, the new, the Fords, the Toyotas, the VWs. Fixing cars (especially ones with unusual hard to duplicate noises?) isn't an exact science or always right the first time. My family has been bringing their cars to Chantilly Service Center for years. Their work is exceptional and their prices are considerably less than a dealer's. Their customer service and honesty is what brings us back again and again.

I took my car to a shop for a simple oil change and got an estimate of $2500 for other repairs I was told my car needed. I took my car to chantilly service center and found out my car only needed a few of the repairs and it was a lot cheaper than the other place had quoted me. I have finally found a trustworthy mechanic!
