Chantilly Motors is great I was having AC trouble with my 2000 Jetta and I brought it here. They fixed it but when I drove off the AC began vibrating and making a squeaking noise. We brought it back and they spent two days fixing it free of charge. Great service and follow through! :)
Good but diminishing Service when I had troubles with my honda and I had the feeling that I was being overcharged by the dealer, I found this place. Well actually a friend recommended it. Since then I have been going to these guys will all minor/major problems with the car. The service has been good till recently. I think they have lost one of the guys who worked there and I get the feeling that the customer care portion of the service has diminshed.
