ZERO STARS!!!! RUN from Chantilly Auto!!!! I just bought a Honda CR-V from them. communication is horrible!!!! I still don't have papers they were to send last week!! I sent them money for the car and had to ask for the receipt a day later. THEY ARE LIARS - I did not want a CV Transmission. John specifically told me it was NOT A CVT. They lied, it is CVT. There is also a crack in the windshield. They said it had Navigation - it does not. Their priced look good on the web site - till they add their $1000 dealer fee. I just ha... read more
