Very helpful, Wonderful jewelry I heard of the store through a friend, and decided to get my class ring from them. They were very helpful in finding the right ring for me, and helpful in suggesting the engraving type, etc. The ring itself is beautiful as well. I would go back to them over Kay's or Zales any day.

Honest Jewelers I can say that I had a wonderful expericence at Chantelle's. I had a watch that was about 100 years old that was my great-grandmother's. I went to another jeweler and they tried to have me sell it to them for $100 because they said it was worthless, it would never work. I told them I didn't care I was not selling it. Then I went to Chantelle's and they not only fixed it but also cleaned it up. They told me it was worth at least $2000. Would go back again for sure. Very nice, honest people.

Great Jeweler, Affordable and Dependable Wow! Chantelle Jewelers is the place to go for repairs and cleaning. Randy, the owner, took my grandmothers gold chain and cross, fixed the broken chain, polished and cleaned it and the cross and now they look like new. He also has a great selection of jewelry and does fantastic custom work for new pieces or redesigning old ones. I won't even bother with the chain stores anymore.

GREAT FIRSTIMPRESSION I found this jeweler right here on the web. I read the reviews and was willing to give a try. The reviewers were not wrong. I was treated like an old friend. Randy was very helpful in assessing the things that needed to be done to both size and repair my jewels. He made recomendations without the hard sell of "you have to this" or "you need to do tha"t. He offered suggestions and appropriate warnings. When I pick up my stuff, and it was not perfect he wouldn't let me leave with it. he made the needed adjustments.They looked better than I have seen them in a long long time. Oh Yeah, They have some unique jewelry of their own there too. Very impressive.

Been going here for years. First recommended by the manager of the jewelry dept at Marshall Fields when they went out of business. He's the jeweler they used for all their work. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Does a great job. Honest.
