My Telehealth appointment went very well. Chantel took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. All went great!
The staff was kind & Dr. Manhart saw me in a timely manner. She took time to talk to me about my health and answer any questions that I had.
Chantal Manhart is the best! Compassionate, knowledgeable and gentle. I feel very fortunate to have her for a clinician and I get great care.
I love Chantal but today was not as good of an experience as I usually have in the office. I arrived at 7:39 for a 7:30 appointment due to the rain. They tried to tell me to reschedule an appointment that I made four months ago and it was the first appointment of the day and nobody was in the office. One person arrived after me and then another while I understand they are busy it’s not as effective to tell people that you are more than 10 minutes late when they’re not.
