I own a stainless steel classic loop tea kettle for home use; the black Bakelite handle no longer insulates the steel loop from my hand, no longer able or willing to use this product; contacted CS, only reply was a discount coupon to buy an electric kettle, no thanks ( not sure why anybody with a gas stove would buy an electric tea kettle) the theory for failure to insulate was that flame on the burner now hotter flames than in the past?!?; bottom line is warranty is only one year on a stainless steel product that should las... read more

We love the Induction 21 steel cookware. We mix them with the white enamel cookware that we bought 20 years ago from Neiman-Marcus. It looks great. They still have the same signum lids. Thank you very much from your loyal costumers in Sweden.
